No. RadiusMD.Ai is a reporting assistant, not a diagnostic decision-maker. It helps structure, generate, and format radiology reports based on the input you provide. It does not interpret images, alter DICOM data, or produce diagnostic conclusions independently. All medical decisions remain entirely with the treating physician.

The Standard plan includes the full AI reporting cockpit with gesture controls, multi-template menus, voice input, live screenshot RadiusOCR, multi-input combining, and PACS/RIS/EHR export. The Enterprise plan adds DICOM-metadata-driven AutoLoad, multi-site configuration management, organization-wide template sharing, advanced workflow automation, and dedicated support. RadiusMD.Ai can capture any visible region of your screen — a prior report, a lab value panel, a clinical summary — and extract the text using advanced OCR. The extracted content is then inserted directly into the active report template, saving you from re-typing information that is already on your screen. It works across any application visible on your workstation.

Yes. RadiusMD.Ai supports both peer-reviewed default templates and fully custom templates you build yourself. Templates can be auto-loaded based on DICOM metadata in the Enterprise edition, or selected manually via gesture. You can maintain separate template libraries per site in a multi-site deployment.

No. RadiusMD.Ai is designed to work alongside your existing infrastructure, not replace it. It operates as a heads-up display overlay on your workstation. Reports can be exported to your current PACS, RIS, HIS, or EHR. You keep your existing systems — we unlock their performance. RadiusMD.Ai integrates with PowerScribe, Fluency for Imaging, Fluency Voice Recognition, and Windows Voice Recognition. Voice input can be combined with typed text, hotstrings, and OCR data in any order using the multi-input combinator.

Yes. In Enterprise edition, each site can maintain its own AI templates, prompts, and settings while supporting organization-wide consistency. Radiologists working across multiple sites can switch contexts without losing their workflow configuration. DICOM-driven AutoLoad ensures the right template is loaded at each site automatically.
